The Tweetwall is a multi-purpose tool used to benefit from tracking tweets. There are two main use areas – research and event enhancement.

Research

In this format the Tweetwall is used to track and record Tweets that use selected hashtags or Brand names.  There is a visual element that can display tweets in real-time and then there is the database that holds data for analysis.

There are several tools that purport to use technology to analyse sentiment expressed in tweets.  At Ultra Knowledge we are good at automating processes but we have to be honest – human analysts are better than computers when it comes to the meaning of words!  Computers are not able to understand irony, humour, slang, inuendo or even when bad language is used to express positive sentiments!  The analysis of the content of tweets on a particular subject is far more meaningful when worked on by humans.  This is another service that Ultra Knowledge can provide.

Keep in mind the tracking is not limited to your Brand names or hash-tags – this is a very powerful tool that can reveal very useful insights into the performance of your competitors!

Event Enhancement

The the original TweetWall is a product we developed to promote conversation between event attendees and as a channel for organisers to reach out to attendees through Twitter. It visualises conversations and automatically cycles through the latest tweets – perfect for projection or display.

Our event TweetWall has been used with great success by top event organisers, by world class brands and at many tech savvy meetups across the USA and Europe.  Pre-event promotion of a hash-tag allows the conversation to begin before the attendees arrive.

Before, during and after

During an event the Tweetwall provides a new means to communicate – a the place where great questions are asked, opinions expressed and conversation takes place.  It can also be a new commercial opportunity via brand sponsorship that offers the brands to enter into interactive conversations with the event audience – even those that could not get there.

If you thought your event finished once the audience have left the building, then think again as the TweetWall extends the conversation with your audience by giving you the tools to connect with them and let them know you were listening via the TweetWall Stats package.  It even gives you the ammunition to prove to sponsors and exhibitors the exposure they attained both during and after the event.
